----Mechanical and Installation Precautions
Before inserting the module into the backplane slot of the PLC rack, all power sources must be disconnected to prevent electrostatic breakdown or instantaneous current damage to the module.
----Power supply voltage and input logic
The input voltage for this module is 24 V DC (with a permitted input range of 0 - 30 V DC). Any voltage above 30 V will cause damage or result in non-identification.
----Temperature and humidity
The working temperature is generally limited to between 0°C and 60°C. The control cabinet should have good ventilation to prevent excessive temperature accumulation near the modules.
----Debugging and Fault Diagnosis
On each channel, there is an LED indicator light that shows the current input logic state (ON/OFF), which is used for quick diagnosis.
If a certain channel fails to reliably read the logical state, it is recommended to measure the actual voltage at the input terminal.
The module transmits the status of the terminal block to the PLC. When the terminal block is not properly installed, the CPU will receive an error.
