The GSI127 244-127-000-017 A2-B02 is a galvanic separation unit designed for industrial vibration monitoring and signal transmission applications. It is commonly used in Vibro-Meter monitoring systems to provide electrical isolation between sensors and monitoring equipment.
The unit supports reliable signal conditioning and helps reduce electrical noise interference in critical rotating machinery monitoring environments.
It is recommended that the purchaser confirm the photos of the nameplate, packaging, and label information before making the purchase.
For projects that require bundled procurement, we will also simultaneously check the related monitoring chain products, including signal regulators, vibration probes, extension cables, and monitoring modules, to confirm the corresponding relationships between the models and reduce the occurrence of interface mismatch issues during on-site installation.

Products Description
The GSI127 galvanic separation unit is a versatile unit that is used for the transmission of high-frequency AC signals over long distances in measurement chains using current-signal transmission, or as a safety barrier unit in measurement chains using voltage-signal transmission. More generally, it may be used to supply any electronic system (sensor side) with a current draw of up to 22 mA.
Compatible Vibro-Meter Products:
IPC707 signal conditioners
IQS series signal conditioners
TQ series proximity sensors
CE series accelerometers
VE210 velocity sensors
Include the IPC707 signal conditioners (charge amplifiers) used by CAxxx piezoelectric accelerometers and CPxxx dynamic pressure sensors (and older IPC704 signal conditioners too), the IQS9xx signal conditioners used by TQ9xx proximity sensors (and older IQS4xx signal conditioners too), the attached or integrated electronics used by CExxx piezoelectric accelerometers, and the integrated electronics used by the VE210 velocity sensor. The GSI127 is also compatible with industry standard IEPE (integrated electronics piezo electric) vibration sensors, that is, the integrated electronics used by constant-current output sensors such as the CE620 and PV660 (and older CE680, CE,110I, and PV102 sensors too).
Signal Isolation and Monitoring Interface Structure
GSI127 244-127-000-017 A2-B02 can be connected to IEPE vibration sensors, signal regulators, and monitoring racks and other system structures. In multi-channel monitoring environments, it performs electrical separation between the input and output ends, reducing coupling interference between channels. For industrial sites with many distributed measurement points, the isolation structure helps maintain the signal independence between each monitoring point.
GSI127 244-127-000-0172 adopts a compact structure design, with dimensions of 15 × 15 × 5 cm. It is suitable for installation on DIN rails inside control cabinets. With a weight of 0.25 kg, it has a relatively small impact on the mechanical load of the rails and terminal blocks when multiple modules are combined for installation, making it convenient for combined layout with vibration monitoring modules, interface units, and PLC control components.
In long-distance analog signal transmission scenarios, the isolation unit is usually placed between the sensor and the data acquisition system, serving to reduce the effects of common-mode interference, power noise, and grounding circuits on the vibration signal. This type of structure is commonly found in turbine protection systems, compressor monitoring systems, oil and gas processing equipment, and industrial process automation control cabinets.
