CMC16 200-530-012-012 200-530-025-014 Condition Monitoring Card, as the core condition monitoring module in VM600 CMS, is mainly used for online data acquisition, dynamic analysis and condition monitoring of rotating machinery. This module performs the function of the front-end data acquisition unit (DAU) in the system. It can communicate with the host computer via Ethernet or serial link through the VM600 CPU M module, and realise real-time processing and transmission of vibration data, rotational speed data and process parameters.

 

In the VM600 CMS architecture, this module is installed in a rack-mounted manner and is used in conjunction with the VM600 ABE04x series racks. It achieves data exchange and system interconnection with modules such as MPC4, IOC16T, CPUM, and IOCN through the backplane bus. The rack backplane structure supports front-to-back and back-to-front insertion and removal of modules, facilitating centralised deployment and later maintenance within the industrial control cabinet.

 

The module itself supports 16 independent dynamic monitoring channels and integrates programmable anti-aliasing filters and ADC analogue-to-digital conversion functions. It can simultaneously process various industrial signals such as vibration, speed, displacement, dynamic pressure, rotational speed reference, and Air Gap. The first 4 channels can be configured as Tachometer (speed measurement) inputs, while the remaining channels support dynamic or process signal acquisition.

 

Due to the adoption of the standard VM600 rack structure, this module can achieve multi-card expansion in large monitoring systems and is suitable for centralised monitoring scenarios of equipment such as steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, generators, and large pump sets. The system supports FFT spectrum analysis, trend recording, alarm management, and transient data acquisition, and can complete historical data analysis and mechanical condition diagnosis through the VibroSight software.
