AS-BADU-256 Modicon Compact Analog Input

The analog signals from the on-site equipment are first subjected to basic processing and organization by the internal circuits after entering the AS-BADU-256 module.
This stage is mainly used to stabilize the state of the signals, making them meet the basic requirements of the internal processing procedures of the module. Through the initial control of the signals, the impact of changes in the on-site environment, fluctuations in the lines, and other factors on the acquisition process can be reduced, providing relatively stable input conditions for the subsequent data processing.

After the initial sorting is completed, the AS-BADU-256 module will perform corresponding mode-matching processing on the input signals based on the channel settings.
Different types of analog signals are guided to the corresponding processing paths within the module according to the set methods, ensuring that the characteristics of the signals are consistent with the internal processing logic. This process helps to ensure that the signals can be correctly identified in different application scenarios and continue to be transmitted in a suitable conversion form, avoiding the impact on the acquisition results due to mismatched signal forms.

The processed and matched analog signals are sent to the conversion unit inside the module for digital processing.
At this stage, the continuously changing electrical signals are converted into discrete data values according to the sampling method set by the system. The converted data can reflect the changing trend of the input signal, providing a calculable and comparable data basis for the control system, enabling the analog information to participate in the system logic and control decisions.

After the converted data is further organized within the module, it is output in a standardized form to the control system.
These data can be directly read by the controller and combined with system parameters for engineering quantity conversion or logical operations. Through a unified data output method, the data interaction between the module and the control system remains clear and stable, which helps the system maintain consistent data processing logic during long-term operation.
