Installation and Selection Guide
 

1. Ensure that the diameter of the target shaft or gear is compatible with the sensor's measurement gap to prevent measurement distortion caused by incorrect installation.

 

2. In environments with high temperature, humidity,y or dust, it is advisable to select sensors with higher protection grades (IP67/IP68) and ensure proper cable protection and wiring.

 

3. Select the appropriate interface standard (TTL /analog/frequency output) to ensure compatibility with PLC/MCU boards, and implement speed data filtering and processing algorithms in the control system.

CA Series: This is a high-temperature, piezoelectric-based accelerometer suitable for long-term measurement and monitoring of absolute vibration in the harshest environments, and can measure temperatures up to 700°C. CV21X Series: is a moving coil speed sensor with the advantages of self-power and a strong output signal in native speed units (mm/s), so the signal-to-noise ratio is excellent, no integration is required, and it is suitable for long-term measurement and monitoring of low-frequency absolute vibrations such as turbines or fans.
VE210 Series: Designed for long-term measurement of vibrations in harsh environments, such as low-speed machines such as hydroelectric turbines and steam turbines, with very low frequency response, down to 0.5Hz, temperature range of -25 to 80°C, and can provide current output (50µA/mm/s) for long-distance signal transmission or voltage output (50mV/mm/s) for medium-distance signal transmission, and no restrictions on mounting direction.
