Product Introduction
A range of EH140 shielded cables is available to connect the AE119 to the monitoring system, depending on the environment. The EH140 cables are available in lengths from 0.2 m, either with or without a flexible stainless steel hose (protection tube) for additional mechanical protection. In very harsh industrial environments, the AE119 should be installed using an EH140 with a flexible hose (protection tube).

As part of our ongoing efforts to align with our strategic vision and enhance our core offerings, we have launched a new housing expansion probe called AE219, available from January 2025.
It will replace the AE119, PNR 800-119-000-xx,x, and its matching cable assembly EH140 PNR 943-140-000-xxx, which are discontinued.
The footprint and the functionality remain the same, and the main changes are listed below:
• The Plexiglass scale is replaced by a bidirectional scale directly engraved on the moving rod.
• Measurement based on a linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) instead of the eddy-current principle.
• The 5-pole bayonet connector is replaced by a 2-pole MIL-C-5015 connector.
• The EH140 is replaced by one of the following cables: EC622, EC632, EC318 or EC319 with MIL-C-5015 connector.
