Product Details
CV210 110-210-000-033 measures the physical quantity of vibration velocity rather than simply measuring acceleration or displacement.
Designed for the long-term measurement of vibration in harsh environments, such as hydroelectric turbines and steam turbines(lower-speed machines).
Very low frequency response: down to 0.5 Hz
Temperature range: −25 to 80 °C
Current output (50 µA/mm/s) for signal transmission over long distances or voltage output (50 mV/mm/s) for signal transmission over medium distances
Any mounting orientation.
In the monitoring of large rotating machinery (such as steam turbines, compressors):
An acceleration sensor is used for high-frequency analysis (such as impacts, gap changes, etc.);
The speed sensor (such as CV210) is used for the analysis of low-frequency overall vibration intensity.
The displacement sensor is used for monitoring the shaft displacement.
When these three types of sensors are combined, they can form a complete mechanical condition monitoring system, which is conducive to diagnosing various fault patterns.
For low-frequency monitoring (below 1 Hz), it is recommended to use the IVC 632 signal conditioning unit to perform low-frequency linear compensation on the raw signal of the CV210.
CV210 is directly connected to the input end of IVC 632.
The output after processing at IVC 632 can be selected in either voltage (0-10 V) or current (4-20 mA) format.
The output signal is collected on the PLC, SCADA, or VM600 input unit.
➤ Sensor end
The CV210 110-210-000-033 directly collects the vibration velocity signal (mechanical millisecond vibration velocity) and outputs the original voltage signal.
➤ Signal conditioning terminal
The IVC 632 performs low-frequency compensation on the signal and outputs a standard analog quantity, which is an input that can be recognized by the VM600 system.
➤ Input end of the monitoring system
The card modules of the VM600 system (such as MPC4 or IOC4T) have analog input ports, which can be used for real-time monitoring, alarm judgment, and other purposes.
