The 200-510-078-115 MPC 4 Machinery Protection Card is the central element in Vibro-Meter's VM 600 series Machinery Protection System. This very versatile card is capable of measuring and monitoring up to 4 dynamic signal inputs and up to 2 speed inputs simultaneously.

200-510-078-115 is a mechanical protection card of Vibro Meter's VM600 series. It uses the most advanced DSP technology for real-time measurement and monitoring. It can accurately acquire and process various data. It has 4 dynamic signal channels and 2 speed channels. All channels can be programmed separately. It can accept signals such as acceleration, velocity and displacement. It can measure relative and absolute vibration, Smax, eccentricity, thrust position and other physical parameters.
The front panel is equipped with a BNC connector to facilitate the analysis of the buffered "raw" sensor signal, and there are LEDs to display the status and alarms, so that users can understand the operation of the equipment at any time.
It provides "standard", "independent circuit" and "safety (SIL)" versions, of which the "standard" and "SIL" versions have passed IEC 61508 and ISO 13849 certification and can be used in functional safety environments.
