This is an analog input unit designed for the Modicon Quantum automation platform, providing 8 differential analog input channels, which can be used for the acquisition and transmission of field temperature and resistance-type signals. This module supports multiple types of temperature probe inputs, including standard thermal resistance sensor types such as Pt 100, Pt 200, Pt 500, Pt 1000, and Ni 100, Ni 200, Ni 500, Ni 1000, etc., and is suitable for temperature detection within different measurement ranges.
The module adopts a 13-bit resolution analog input architecture, combined with a high input impedance (≥ 10 MΩ), which can collect subtle changes in on-site sensor signals and transmit the digitized data to the main control system.
In terms of precision control, the 140ARI03010 offers specific precision error range Settings. For instance, the absolute precision error is approximately 0.1 °C, the linear error range includes ±0.01 % full scale or ±0.5 °C, and it maintains a reasonable drift range at different ambient temperatures, which helps to maintain the stability of the measurement output.
140ARI03010 design has a basic electrical isolation capability.
