The module employs a high-resolution DAC (Digital-to-Analogue Converter) to generate a 4–20 mA analogue current output. Each channel features extremely fine output resolution, enabling milliampere- or even microampere-level adjustment precision, ensuring close alignment between the output signal and control system commands. Integrated temperature compensation circuitry mitigates the effects of ambient temperature variations on output accuracy, guaranteeing long-term stability and reliable operation under diverse environmental conditions.

High Linearity and Response Consistency

The output current exhibits excellent linearity, enabling a highly accurate linear mapping between the input digital signal and the output across the entire 4–20 mA range. The internal circuit design ensures consistent response characteristics across all channels, eliminating deviations when multiple channels simultaneously control different devices. This ensures that the output signal of each channel synchronously follows its corresponding control command.

Signal Smoothing and Noise Suppression

The module incorporates a smooth transition design in its output signal to prevent step changes or abrupt current fluctuations. The output path integrates low-pass filtering and anti-interference circuits, effectively suppressing high-frequency noise and electromagnetic interference. Each output channel is completely isolated from the internal control circuit of the module and other channels.

Adopt optocoupler isolation or transformer isolation to prevent high-frequency noise, voltage spikes or common ground interference from being conducted to the output circuit.

The isolation voltage can usually reach several hundred volts, ensuring that long-distance wiring or complex industrial environments are not affected by interference.

Electrical isolation also protects modules and control systems from damage caused by abnormal loads or external interference.

The module output adopts a differential drive or a high drive capacity current source:

Differential drive can counteract common-mode noise; that is, when both ends of the cable are simultaneously interfered with, the signal variation is automatically cancelled out.

The high driving capacity ensures that the output current can still maintain an accuracy of 4-20mA when transmitted over long-distance cables (tens or even hundreds of meters).

The built-in current source can dynamically adjust the output voltage according to the load impedance to ensure the stability of the load current.

Low-pass filter: Filters out high-frequency interference signals and smooths out the output current waveform.

These measures ensure that analogue signals can be stably output even when the cable passes beside the motor, solenoid valve or high-power switch.

The output current is adjusted in real time through internal sampling and control feedback to quickly compensate for cable voltage drop or load impedance changes.
