Functional characteristics:
Multiple control modes: It has three working modes: binary control mode, analog control mode and signal conditioning mode. In binary control mode, up to 4 binary function group controls, 4 drive controls or a combination of drive and binary function group controls can be realized; in analog control mode, each module can realize up to 4 analog control loops.
Signal processing and transmission: Receive and send signals through the station bus, check the parity bit of the received message to ensure trouble-free transmission, and add parity bits to the sent message. The received input signal and/or the converted input signal can be transmitted to the Procontrol bus system in the form of a message.
Diagnosis and display: The interference signal is displayed by the light-emitting diodes ST and SG on the front of the module. The ST signal indicates any interference in the module and data communication, and the SG indicates module interference, which is convenient for timely detection and handling of faults.
User program storage: The user program is stored in a non-volatile memory (EEPROM) and can be loaded and changed via the bus through PDDS, and will not be lost even if the power fails.
Technical parameters:
Working voltage: usually requires external + 24V DC voltage, which can be branched into different voltages such as US11, US21, US31, US41, etc., to supply the contacts of process interfaces 1, 2, 3, and 4 respectively.
Signal input and output type: can process binary signals in binary control mode and analog signals in analog control mode, supporting multiple signal types and ranges
