83SR07B-E GJR2392700R1210 can be used to implement input and processing module redundancy in the PROCONTROL system.
Processing is performed in parallel in the on ---line and standby units. When a redundancy switchover is effected, this results in a bumpless transfer of the processing functions to the standby unit. This bumpless changeover is ensured by synchronizing the standby unit with the on ---line unit by means of synchronizing telegrams.

Control Module for Analog Control Function with Continuous Output, 1- and 2-fold 83SR07 -- E/R1210
Analog control function: mainly used for analog control of stored programs, which can control one or two process variables, has continuous output function, can output correction variables, and is suitable for controlling various types of actuators such as electro-hydraulic and electrical.
Signal processing and transmission: Receive and send signals through the station bus, check the parity bit of the received message to ensure trouble-free transmission, and add parity bits to the sent message. The received input signal and/or the converted input signal can be transmitted to the Procontrol bus system in the form of a message.
Diagnosis and display: The interference signal is displayed through the light-emitting diodes ST and SG on the front of the module. The ST signal indicates any interference in the module and data communication, and the SG indicates module interference, which is convenient for timely detection and handling of faults.
User program storage: The user program is stored in a non-volatile memory (EEPROM) and can be loaded and changed via the bus through PDDS, and will not be lost even if the power fails.
Installation and use:
Installation method: Can be inserted into any station belonging to the Procontrol bus system, the module address is automatically set by inserting the Procontrol station.
Interface type: Has multiple hardware interfaces for communication with the switch cabinet and the process, including 48-pole F-type connector for station bus connection and 32-pole F-type connector for process connection, etc.
