Core Functions and Signal Processing Capabilities:
Multi-channel Signal Acquisition: The module features 16 digital input channels, primarily compatible with 48V DC signals, with a wide input voltage range of 36-60V DC. The input current is 4mA at 48V, and it has current absorption functionality, enabling stable acquisition of various digital signals such as switch on/off states and valve start/stop states.
Group Isolation and Voltage Monitoring: The 16 channels are divided into two groups of 8 channels each, with one voltage monitoring input. Groups are isolated on the ground. Each channel integrates current-limiting components, electromagnetic compatibility protection components, and optical isolation barriers to effectively prevent signal interference between channels. When an abnormal voltage disappears, the voltage monitoring function triggers a channel error signal, which is fed back through the module bus for easy system troubleshooting.
Configurable Filtering and Status Indication: Supports selectable digital filtering functions of 2ms, 4ms, 8ms, and 16ms to filter pulse interference in industrial environments, ensuring signal stability. Input status indicator lights allow operators to visually view the operating status of each channel, improving maintenance efficiency.
