Installation Guide

Insert CC-PDIH01 into the I/O rack of the Honeywell control system and connect the power and data bus with the connection ports on the back panel. When installing, insert the modules in the order of the module slot numbers to avoid incorrect insertion that may cause communication errors.
The module usually comes with a set of on-site input terminals, which are used to connect switch quantity signals. The on-site switches need to be connected to the corresponding channels of the module and ensure good grounding to reduce interference.
After the module is installed, in the Honeywell control system software, an I/O mapping configuration needs to be carried out, such as specifying the channel number, logical label, scan cycle,e and other parameters, so that the collected data can be correctly identified by the control logic.
