- Technical description: Bently Nevada's product line can monitor to protect and continuously monitor various mechanical assets, measure and collect machine information as part of a comprehensive predictive maintenance plan.

The AI815 analog input module has 8 channels that can be configured as voltage or current inputs, but current and voltage signals cannot be mixed on the same I/O module. |

The external HART-compatible transmitter supply is distributed to each channel, and the transmitter power is supervised to ensure that the current limit is within a safe range. |

Self-diagnostics are performed in a cyclic manner, including detection of external power supply, transmitter power supply and external shunt errors. |
