Product Introduction
The 3500/15 series power module serves as the electrical core of the entire system, providing the power foundation for all monitoring, communication, and control modules. 127610-01 is a typical AC power module model among them, which converts and stabilizes the AC input power for the 3500 series racks.

Product Details

Bently Nevada 127610-01 (3500/15) is an AC power module. It is a half-height power module designed for installation in a specific slot on the left side of the rack.
3500/05 rack provides two "power-specific half-height slots" located on the left side. This design is derived from the overall architecture standard of the 3500 series:
The lower slot is usually designated as the primary power (Primary) slot.
The upper slot is used as the backup power (Backup) slot (for redundant configuration).
Any one of the power modules can independently supply power to the entire rack.
When both modules are present, seamless redundant switching (Hot-Swap) can be achieved. Inserting any power module will not interrupt the operation of the rack in a redundant environment.
In the 3500 series mechanical protection system, there are three different power versions available for selection:
- AC Power
- High Voltage DC Power Supply
- Low Voltage DC Power Supply
Installation and Maintenance:
Installation: Modular installation, must be installed in the designated slot on the left side of the rack.
Power input wiring: Select the appropriate cables and circuit breaker protection measures according to the power supply topology of the rack and the on-site power capacity.
Maintenance: Check the connections and wiring of the modules periodically. If the module fails, contact info@htechplc.com for service.

FAQ
Q: How to check the power indicator light
A: Check the "Supply OK" indicator light:
The main power OK light goes out → This indicates a main power failure.
The standby power OK indicator light is on → This indicates that the standby power has taken over the supply.
Q: The safety standard of 3500/15
A: Compliant with EN 61010-1, EMC Directive 2014/30/EU, LV Directive 2014/35/EU, etc.
Q: When planning the power configuration for the 3500 system, what factors need to be taken into consideration?
A: Power supply grid type: For AC input, select 127610-01 or a higher upgraded model.
Redundancy requirement: Is dual-module redundancy necessary?
On-site power grid stability: Range of input voltage and frequency fluctuations
