83SR50c-E GJR2395500R1210 has multiple working modes including binary control mode, analog control mode and signal conditioning mode. In binary control mode, it can realize the control of multiple binary function groups or drives; in analog control mode, it can process and control analog signals, which is suitable for control tasks of various industrial processes.
The module receives and sends signals via the station bus. It performs a parity check on received messages to ensure trouble-free transmission and also adds a parity check on sent messages. It can transmit received input signals and/or converted input signals to the Procontrol bus system in the form of messages.

P14 Diagnosis builds on two unique features of Procontrol P14: Each I/O module has its own microprocessor and is therefore independent and able to monitor and diagnose itself; and: all communication data is available via the bus to all other modules within the system. As a result, P14 Diagnosis detects all modules in the system and displays them with their current diagnostic information.
P14 Diagnosis is designed to be used in desktop or tablet environments. With this, important control system information can be viewed flexibly on site during maintenance and service work. As a result, maintenance and service work is carried out faster and more effectively
Each P14 I/O module communicates its type, its loca-tion and its status data. Based on this information, P14 Diagnosis visualizes the P14 system, its cabinets and stations. Cabinets can be identified individually and their statuses are displayed in appropriate co-lours. Using the report function, error messages such as the exceeding of a limit value can be exported for further analysis. Recorded data can be filtered by time period, components and type of error.
Each control system message is assigned a priority le-vel, message number and message area. Help texts are available to retrieve notes and recommendations for corrective actions to eliminate any potential error.The priority levels are selected depending on the significance of the message.
The message area indicates in which part of the system an error has occurred. The messages are grouped in the following message areas:
