PR6423/002-030+CON021 system consists of two main components:
** PR6423/002-030: Eddy Current sensor probe, used for high-precision measurement of displacement, vibration, and dynamic parameters in rotating machinery;
** CON021: The accompanying signal converter, used to process, filter, amplify,fy, and standardize the output signal from the sensor, making it suitable for industrial monitoring and control systems.
The eddy current sensor (Eddy Current Sensor) measures non-contact displacement/vibration using the principle of electromagnetic induction:
✔ When the induction coil approaches a conductive metal target (such as a rotating shaft or measuring ring), eddy currents are generated within the target;
✔ These eddy currents will alter the impedance of the coil;
✔ The sensor detects the impedance change and converts it into an electrical signal, which is proportional to the distance change between the probe and the target.

CON021

✔ Linearization and gain adjustment: ensuring that the output signal is proportional to the input displacement;
✔ Standard signal output: providing measurable measurement data in industrial standard voltage or current form (e.g., -4 V to -20 V, etc.).
