Function Description
Measurement: Able to accurately measure RTD signals and convert the resistance change of the RTD into a corresponding temperature value with a measurement accuracy of ±0.1°C or higher, depending on the type and accuracy level of the RTD.
5X00119G01 adopts an advanced electromagnetic compatibility design, has good anti-interference performance, can work in a complex electromagnetic environment, and ensures the accuracy and reliability of measurement data.
5X00119G01 has a self-diagnosis function, which can monitor the working status of the module itself in real time, such as power failure, channel failure, sensor disconnection, etc., and output fault alarm signals through indicator lights or communication interfaces, making it convenient for maintenance personnel to find and eliminate faults in time.
Support hot-swap operation, the module can be directly plugged in and out during system operation without stopping the system, which is convenient for module replacement, maintenance, and expansion, reducing system downtime and improving production efficiency.
Technical parameters:
Input signal range: corresponding to different types of thermal resistors, such as PT100, the resistance value is 100Ω at 0℃, and the resistance value is about 138.5Ω at 100℃. The module can accurately measure the resistance value change within this range and convert it into the corresponding temperature value.
Measurement accuracy: generally ±0.1% FS (full scale) or higher. For example, for a module with a measurement range of -200℃~600℃, the measurement error is within ±0.8℃.
Resolution: usually 0.1℃ or higher, which can accurately distinguish small changes in temperature.
Sampling rate: multiple samples can be taken per second, generally more than 10 times/second, which can be set according to actual needs to meet the monitoring speed requirements for temperature changes in different application scenarios.
Working voltage: generally DC 24V, allowing a certain voltage fluctuation range, such as ±10%, to adapt to different power supply environments.
