Emerson Deltav KJ2201X1-PW1 SIS Logic Solver

Emerson's KJ2201X1 - PW1 is an intelligent logic solver in the DeltaV Safety Instrumented System (SIS). It is a rugged, fault-tolerant device designed to provide a high level of safety and performance for critical applications and is suitable for SIL 3 applications in accordance with the IEC 61508 standard.

Emerson KJ2201X1 - PW1 Features:
High-performance processing: It uses a dual-core Arm Cortex - A9 processor with powerful computing power to quickly handle complex logical operations and data processing tasks.
Redundant design: To improve fault tolerance, a redundant architecture design is adopted to ensure that the system can still operate normally when some components fail.
Modular architecture: It has a modular architecture, which is convenient for users to expand and configure according to actual needs. It can flexibly match a variety of I/O modules and support up to 16 configurable I/O channels to meet the needs of different application scenarios.
Easy to configure and maintain: It provides a friendly user interface and configuration tools, allowing engineers to easily configure the system and adjust parameters. At the same time, the maintenance of the equipment is also relatively simple, reducing the maintenance cost and difficulty.

Each Ovation controller uses a unique TCP/IP address. AMS Device Manager communicates with HART devices, WirelessHART devices, FOUNDATION fieldbus devices, and devices connected to Ovation Safety Instrumented System (SIS) logic solvers through I/O modules contained in the Ovation controller chassis, or in remote nodes connected to the Ovation controller.

- Module 5X00301 with cavity insert 1X00458H01 or Module 5X00301 with Personality Module 5X00327, Version 1 or higher (two each of 5X00301 and 5X00327 may also be configured to provide redundancy)
