Product Introduction
The 330704-000-100-10-02-00 is a Bently shaft displacement sensor based on the eddy current effect. When the sensor probe approaches the rotating shaft surface, its internal high-frequency oscillating coil generates an alternating electromagnetic field, which induces closed eddy currents on the conductive shaft surface. The opposing magnetic field generated by this eddy current interacts with the probe coil, causing a change in the coil's equivalent impedance. This change corresponds precisely to the gap between the probe and the shaft surface. A phase-sensitive detection circuit demodulates the real and imaginary components of the impedance to simultaneously extract static gap and dynamic vibration information.

330704-000-100-10-02-00 Product Features:
High Precision: With a sensitivity of up to 0.1 micron and linearity better than ±1% of full-scale, it accurately measures shaft displacement changes.
Strong Anti-Interference Capability: Featuring a triple-layer anti-interference design, the sensor utilizes shielded cables and differential signal transmission in hardware, and adaptive digital filtering in its algorithm to automatically identify and eliminate 50/60Hz power frequency interference. Its fully sealed stainless steel housing achieves an IP67 rating and withstands high-pressure water washdowns and chemical corrosion.
Multiple Output Protocols: Supports multiple output protocols, including 4-20mA+HART, Modbus, and PROFIBUS. It can be directly connected to DCS/PLC systems, facilitating communication and integration with other devices.
Intelligent Diagnosis: The sensor is equipped with a self-learning algorithm that establishes a baseline vibration signature library to provide early warning of minor abnormal changes, achieving a fault identification accuracy exceeding 95%.
