Minimum loop time 1 ms, execution time for 1000 Boolean operations 0.09 ms. Built-in 32 task priorities; a single controller can manage 32 applications, 64 programs, and 128 CFC diagrams. Event queue supports 3000 buffer entries; peak OPC transmission rate 143 messages/second, meeting the requirements of high-speed closed-loop, motion cascading, and Sequential Event Recording (SOE).

The module has a built-in 3.6 V/2.1 Ah lithium battery; RTC and holding register data retention ≥5 years after power failure. Software and Protocols
Supports ABB Control Builder M V5.1–V6.1, compliant with IEC 61131-3 standards (LD, FBD, ST, IL, SFC) and CFC continuous function chart. Built-in redundant library RedLib automatically performs data synchronisation, fault diagnosis, and switchover management. Communication protocols include MMS, IAC, Modbus TCP, IEC 61850 GOOSE, and OPC DA/UA. These can be expanded via CI modules to include PROFIBUS DP, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and IEC 60870-5-104.
