AAI841-H00 S2 is an analog input/output (I/O) module in the Yokogawa CENTUM VP distributed control system (DCS) series. This module adopts a hybrid design and features both analog input and output functions, making it suitable for industrial process automation scenarios where signal acquisition and control need to be carried out simultaneously.

1. Mixed signal processing capability
The AAI841-H00 S2 Analog I/O Module integrates 8-channel analog input and 8-channel analog output functions, enabling simultaneous reception of on-site sensor signals (such as 4-20mA) and output of control signals to the actuator, thereby reducing the number of required modules in the system.

2. HART communication support

3. Non-isolated design

The AAI841 Analog I/O Module supports dual redundant configuration. By using two modules with the same suffix code, a highly reliable I/O system can be constructed. When the main module fails, the backup module can automatically take over to ensure control continuity.
