IS220UCSAH1A main features:
Processing power: It adopts an embedded computing platform, supports multi-tasking, has high-speed data processing capabilities, and can meet the computing needs of complex algorithms in real-time control applications.
Network communication support: It has a variety of industrial communication protocols, has 2 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet ports, supports RS-232/RS-485 serial interfaces, and some models may support CAN bus. In addition, it also supports DeviceNet and CANOpen buses, and the rate can be adaptive or manually set. It can realize the flexible selection of 1-2 CAN electrical ports and 1-2 155M fiber interfaces, and supports a redundant dual-network fiber ring network topology.
Modular design: It can be seamlessly integrated with other GE Mark VIe system components, suitable for a distributed control architecture, can work with multiple I/O modules, and supports flexible expansion.
Reliability: The design meets industrial standards, is suitable for harsh industrial environments, and has anti-interference and high stability. It adopts a wide redundant dual power supply (DC9-36V), with DC1500V power isolation and reverse connection protection functions. The electrical interface has 4000V lightning protection, 1.5A overcurrent, and 600W surge protection capabilities, and has passed EMC testing and certification.
Redundancy support: It can form a redundant architecture with other controllers, such as supporting a redundant dual-network fiber ring network topology. When a fiber fails somewhere, the system will rebuild the network link within 15ms to ensure normal communication of the system and improve system reliability.

 

IS220UCSAH1A Appearance and Structure:
IS220UCSAH1A is a single boxed component with a front panel to allow communication connections, two screws mounted on the rear edge, and grille openings on three sides to allow air flow. The front panel has six female jack connectors, a USB port, and multiple LED indicators, including an LED indicator labeled Link/Act on the left side of the front panel, and a row of indicators labeled Power, Boot, Online, Flash, DC, and Diag in the middle of the panel.
