Input and transformation: The power board receives an AC input voltage of 38 to 115 VAC from the control power transformer, with a frequency range of 0 to 500 kHz, depending on the input voltage strength. This input voltage is first processed by related circuits to prepare for subsequent conversion and power supply.
Circuit conversion and power supply:
Control-level power supply circuit: Converts the input voltage into a variety of DC voltages required for system control, such as + 5, +/-15 and +/-24 VDC, etc., to provide stable control-level power for devices such as DS2000 series drives, ensuring the normal operation of their control circuits.
Motor excitation power supply circuit: Generates the power required for motor excitation, provides energy for the motor magnetic field, and enables the motor to operate normally. In addition to the SCR module, the circuit also contains a series of related components and circuits that work together to meet the requirements of motor excitation.
Drive circuit: Provides drive signals for the motor field SCR gate pulse generator, and adjusts the motor current and voltage by controlling the on and off of the SCR, thereby achieving control of the motor speed and torque.
Control-level power supply circuit: Converts the input voltage into a variety of DC voltages required for system control, such as + 5, +/-15 and +/-24 VDC, etc., to provide stable control-level power for devices such as DS2000 series drives, ensuring the normal operation of their control circuits.
