PR6424-000-100 is a 16mm eddy current sensor, which belongs to the PR6424 series. This sensor is mainly used in critical turbomachinery applications such as steam, gas and hydraulic turbines, compressors, pumps and fans, etc., for measuring radial and axial displacement.
It is suitable for vibration and position measurement of large shafts. The sensor has the following features:
- Non-contact measurement: used for measuring static and dynamic displacement, such as axial and radial shaft displacement, shaft eccentricity, shaft vibration, bearing wear, oil film thickness, crack detection, etc.
- Multiple models: meet various industrial requirements.
- Comply with various international general standards: such as API 670, DIN 45670, ISO 10817-1.
- Explosion-proof level: can reach Eex ib IIC T6/T4, suitable for environments requiring explosion-proof.
- Wide application: widely used in turbine monitoring and protection systems (such as MMS 3000 and MMS 6000).
- Easy to calibrate: The sensor and the preamplifier have been linearly calibrated as a set using the calibration material 42CrMo4 before leaving the factory. No calibration is required during installation. The user only needs to adjust the air gap between the sensor and the measuring surface.
