Product Details
The ADRE 208/P Data Acquisition Interface Unit for Windows is specifically designed for capturing data from machinery. When using the system's real-time display capability, data is presented on the computer screen as it is captured.
BENTLY NEVADA ADRE 208/P Data Acquisition Interface Unit can operate using AC or battery power, and is fully portable, allowing convenient operation in test stands or at machinery sites. It is highly configurable to provide support for virtually all standard and non-standard input types, including both dynamic transducer signals (such as proximity probes, velocity transducers, accelerometers, and dynamic pressure sensors), static signals (such as process variables from transmitters), and Keyphasor or other speed input signals.
Features:
8 Signal Inputs
Enhanced Parallel Port for Connecting to 208-P DAIUs
80 Mb Hard Disk Space
Up to 16 Channels
Real-Time Display Capability
Backwards Compatible with Existing ADRE 3 Databases
Maintenance and after-sales support
Since the ADRE system is a professional industrial equipment, it is recommended to purchase it through the authorized channel of Bently Nevada and ensure the following:
* Genuine software authorization and update support
* Regular calibration of the data acquisition unit
* Availability of spare parts and maintenance services
On-site Operation and Usage Guide
1. Equipment inspection and connection:
Equipment main body: ADRE 2800/P multi-channel data acquisition interface (DAIU) is intact and undamaged.
Computer: Prepare a laptop/desktop computer with ADRE for Windows® software installed (for data acquisition, display, and analysis).
Connection cables: Parallel interface cables, sensor cables, Keyphasor (speed/rotation speed input) cables, etc.
Sensors: Such as proximity probes, accelerometers, speed sensors, etc.
Power Supply: AC power supply or built-in battery ensures a power supply for DAUI.
2. Connecting DAIU to the computer:
Connect the parallel port of ADRE 2800/P to the parallel interface of the laptop/desktop computer. Generally, use the Enhanced Parallel Port (EPP) and ensure that the parallel port settings in the motherboard BIOS are set to EPP mode.
Confirm power connection: The AC power supply or battery should be correctly installed and powered on.
Connect the field sensors to the DAIU signal input ports according to the project requirements. Each channel corresponds to a physical signal input. Both dynamic signals (vibration, speed, displacement) and static signals (process variables) are supported.
3. Software Startup and System Configuration:
After completing all the wiring, turn on the DAIU power supply.
Start the ADRE for Windows® software.
Select the created database.
After confirming that the signal input is normal, press the "Collect/Record" button in the software to start the collection. The system is collecting data in the background while displaying real-time analysis graphs.
Application fields and scenarios
1. Power plant and power generation equipment monitoring
In power plants, rotor dynamics, bearing conditions, and vibration patterns of pumps and fans are often crucial safety indicators. With ADRE-208-P, real-time data collection can be performed on these critical components, helping maintenance teams predict potential failures in advance.
2 . Petrochemical industry and oil refineries
The health status of large-scale compressors, pump sets, reaction vessels, and other power equipment is closely related to the stability of the entire production line. ADRE-208-P can be used as a field rapid diagnostic tool in these applications, providing comprehensive status data in conjunction with the 3500 protection system.
2 . Remote maintenance and on-site inspection team
The portable ADRE device is suitable for being carried by the inspection team on-site, providing timely information for routine maintenance checks and fault troubleshooting.
