Product Details
SEA4D-06 is compatible with AAI135, AAI835, and AAP135 modules of DCS. KS1 is the associated cable. The insulation resistance is not less than 10MΩ (500VDC). The temperature at which the device is used is 0-50℃, and the humidity is 10-90% RH.
Installation Requirements:
Ensure that the model and number of the terminal boards of SEA4D-06 are correct, and that the appearance is intact and not distorted.
Verify that the cable (KS1), terminal blocks, a nd screws are complete and in proper condition.
The installed DCS modules (AAI135, AA1835, AAP135, etc.) have identical types.
Carefully place the terminal board in the installation position and uniformly tighten it with screws.
Make sure that the terminal board is securely fixed without looseness.
Properly align the KS1 cable IDC connector to the 40P IDC socket on the terminal board (four groups) and push it down vertically until it locks in position for proper contact.
During a single configuration, one group of IDC sockets is connected. In a redundant configuration, two groups of IDC sockets are connected.
The other end of the cable should be connected to the IDC interface of the respective DCS module (AAI 135, AAI 835, etc.), with care of the interface direction not to allow reverse insertion.
You must ensure the correct connection of the two sets of IDC cables in the redundant mode, and ensure normal communication between the modules.
