The GE DS200FCGDH1B is an interface system for six-pulse phase-controlled non-inverting bridges. The DS200FCGDH1B receives information from the digital signal processing card (DSPC) and decrypts it into unit gating signals, which are then sent to all system bridge pins. At the same time, it also receives multiplexed unit status information returned by each bridge pin and sends diagnostic information and system feedback signals through the drive's integrated VME backplane.

Product Details

GE DS200FCGDH1B is able to receive and scale feedback signals sent from three FGPA boards via fiber optic connections. These feedback signals include frequency, voltage and board status information, providing comprehensive operating status monitoring data for the system. It is equipped with an integrated IMOK LED status indicator, which can intuitively provide users with basic system status information, allowing users to quickly understand the operation of the equipment. The board has a voltage-controlled oscillator for analog feedback of current, voltage and flux. These signals can also be fed into a Sigma-Delta converter, running in parallel with the VCO for more precise signal processing and control.

 

Application areas:
Mainly used in industrial control systems, power plants and other devices using GE Mark V systems, for status monitoring of various components of gas turbines and distribution of door control functions to ensure the normal operation of gas turbines.

 

Speed control systems for small turbines require simplified system architecture. Simplex control is used to reduce cost and save space. Compact DIN-rail mounted terminal boards are available instead of the larger T-type terminal boards used on TMR systems.IONet is not used since the D-type terminal boards cable directly into the control chassis to interface with the I/O boards.
