Product Details
The DS200TCCBG1B General Electric I/O TC2000 Analog Board has one 80196 CPU and numerous PROM modules. One LED and two 50-pin connectors are also included. From the side of the board, the LED is visible. JCC and JDD are the IDs for the 50-pin connectors. Three jumpers are also present on the board. The IDs of the jumpers are printed on the board's surface. JP1, JP2, and JP3 are the IDs. When the original board is put in the drive, the installer configures it to meet the drive's specifications to the best of his ability.
By adjusting the position of the jumpers, the installer can change the configuration values. Under most circumstances, the jumper positions are used by default, and the installer does not need to do anything else. However, in other cases, the installer adjusts the jumper's position based on the information provided in the written paperwork that comes with the board.
The jumper in a 3-pin jumper covers two pins at a time. The jumper could, for example, cover pins 1 and 2 or pins 2 and 3. Grab the jumper with your thumb and forefinger and pull it away from the pins to shift it. Then slip the jumper into place, aligning it with the new pins. Some jumpers are only supported in one location and are not utilized for board configuration. In this example, the alternate position is used by the manufacturer for product testing to check a certain circuit or function.
2PL, 3PL, JHH, JII, JMP, JKK, JTEST, and TCQPL are the eight connectors on the board. JKK, JTEST, and TCQPL Connectors are typically not used.
